Ottawa has one of the largest number of splash pads in North America. With almost 100 in total, Ottawa Splash Pads provides families across the city with a number of options to help keep kids active and cool each summer!
Each splash pad is designed with safety in mind, with soft padded grounds, colourful designs and no standing water ensure no bumps, bruises or bites! Most park locations also offer up picnic areas and other amenities for active families. If you’re planning on visiting a splash pad or Ottawa park, pack a picnic and stay for the day! The cost is right too as all parks are free and open typically from the first week of June to Labour Day weekend!
