Elements restaurant is a unique restaurant in the historic village of Merrickville only 45 minutes from Ottawa. The name was inspired by the idea that memorable experiences are composed of different elements such as good food, friends, atmosphere, music, and service. We at Elements hope to combine these to provide our local neighbours and visiting friends with a rewarding experience that leaves them feeling satisfied but not at the expense of emptying their wallets. The food here is a reflection of the melting-pot of cultures we have in North America with direct inspiration coming from regional cuisines, cultural influences and popular culture. We strive to pay back to the community by supporting local producers.
